About this gig
Tired of missed appointments, double bookings and endless back and forth emails? I set up your online booking system in Acuity Scheduling, Calendly or Squarespace Scheduling so clients book, pay and get reminders without you lifting a finger.
Not sure which tool fits? I will compare them against your services, team and budget and recommend the right one before I build.
What I set up:
- Appointment types, durations, buffers and pricing
- Availability rules for your hours, time zone and days off
- Automatic confirmations, reminders and reschedule links
- Payments through Stripe or PayPal
- Calendar sync (Google, Outlook, iCal) to stop double bookings
- Intake forms and a branded booking page Booking page embedded in your Squarespace site
- Team and multi-staff scheduling
Contact me now before you order and let's put your calendar on autopilot.

I help small businesses and service providers get websites that look sharp, load fast and bring in customers. I work with WordPress, Squarespace and booking tools like Calendly and Acuity, from converting Figma designs to fixing slow or outdated sites. I listen first, keep things clean and simple and explain every step so you’re never lost. A website should make your service easier, not harder. Tell me what you need and let’s get it done.
