What do you need from me to start the project?
To get started, I need your 2D floor plans, architectural drawings, or a hand-drawn sketch with clear dimensions. It is also highly helpful to share reference images, a mood board, or Pinterest links showing the interior style, colors, and furniture vibes you want.
Do you provide the 3D source file?
The 3D source file (SketchUp .skpformat) is included in my Premium package. For the Basic and Standard packages, you can easily add the source file as a Gig Extra during checkout if you need it.
Can you work with an existing 3D model that I already have?
Yes, absolutely! If you already have a 3D model in SketchUp format, please send it over. I can skip the modeling phase and go straight to texturing, lighting, and rendering it beautifully in D5 Render, which might also save you some time and money!
What is included in a "Revision"?
A revision includes adjustments to things like material textures, color schemes, lighting tweaks, or small furniture swaps. Please note that a revision does not cover a complete overhaul of the layout or changing the floor plan dimensions once the 3D model has already been approved.
Can you create video walkthroughs or animations of my space?
Yes! I utilize D5 Render, which allows me to create stunning, cinematic 4K video walkthroughs of your interior. This is included in my Premium package, but if you want to add an animation to a Basic or Standard package, just send me a message for a custom offer.
