I'm Fawwad, a Computer Science senior at NUST and a backend engineering mentee at a software house in Islamabad, where I build a healthcare scheduling backend on FastAPI, PostgreSQL and Kafka.
My focus is AI that is grounded: my final year research is on securing RAG pipelines, so I know how to make a chatbot answer from your data instead of inventing answers.

What do you need from me to start?
Your website link and any documents (PDF, Word, TXT). I can also crawl your site myself. You will also need an OpenAI API key, and I will show you how to create one in two minutes.
Will it make up answers?
No. The bot only answers from the content you give it, and it shows the source. If the answer is not in your documents, it says so and can hand the chat over to a human.
Where can I put the chatbot?
Anywhere you can paste one line of code - WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, React or plain HTML. The Premium package also covers WhatsApp or Slack.
How much will the AI cost me every month?
You pay OpenAI directly, usually 5 to 20 dollars a month for a small business. Hosting can be free on a starter tier. I set it up so your running costs stay low.
Can you update the bot later when my documents change?
Yes. Premium includes a panel where you re-upload documents yourself and retrain the bot. On Basic and Standard you can add the one month support extra, or message me any time.
Can I see it working before I order?
Yes. There is a live demo at brightleaf-bot.vercel.app, trained on a sample company's documents. Ask it about shipping or refunds and it answers with the exact source passage. Ask it something outside those documents and it tells you it doesn't know instead of inventing an answer.
Is my data private? Will my documents be used to train an AI model?
No. On the paid OpenAI, Claude and Gemini APIs your content is not used to train their models. It is held briefly for abuse monitoring, then deleted. I never use a free API tier for client work, because free tiers do train on what you send and allow human review.
Can the chatbot be hosted entirely on our own servers?
Yes. For sensitive material I can build it fully self-hosted with an open model, so no document and no customer message ever leaves your infrastructure. I have built and run this setup before on a medical document library. It costs more to run, so tell me early.
Can it leak information it shouldn't, or be tricked into a wrong answer?
It only ever sees the documents you give it, so it cannot reveal anything you did not upload. You tell me what it must never discuss and it refuses those topics. Before handover I test it with hostile questions, which is the subject of my final year research.
Who can see my customers' chat messages?
Only you. Chat history is stored in your own database on Standard and Premium, and you get full access at delivery. I keep no copy after the project ends. If you need messages auto-deleted after a set period, say so and I will build that in.
