FAQ
I don't have a website yet. Can you still help?
Yes. Instead of an audit, I research your competitors and target users, then design your website or app from scratch in Figma.
What's included in the UX audit?
A review of usability, navigation, user flows, visual hierarchy, accessibility (WCAG), mobile experience and conversion points, with screenshots, explanations and a prioritized list of fixes.
Will I get the Figma source file?
Yes. You get full access to the organized Figma file with all screens, components and styles, so you or your developer can edit and build it.
Can you also develop the design?
Yes. I can build your design in WordPress or WooCommerce. Check my WordPress gig or message me for a custom offer.
Do you design mobile apps too?
Yes. I design iOS and Android app screens following each platform's guidelines, as well as responsive websites and SaaS dashboards.
What counts as a screen?
One unique page or view, for example Home, Product page, Checkout or Dashboard. Desktop and mobile versions of the same page count as one screen.
