I will set up calendly conversion tracking with meta pixel, capi, ga4 and gtm
google ads specialist and conversion tracking expert
About this Gig
Running ads but can't see which campaigns bring your Calendly bookings?
Calendly runs inside an iframe, so standard tracking often misses bookings. Your ad platforms can't optimize for real calls, and you can't see your true cost per booking.
I'll set up accurate Calendly booking tracking so every scheduled call is sent to your ad platforms and analytics.
What I can set up:
Calendly booking tracking with Google Tag Manager
Meta Pixel + Conversions API (server-side)
GA4 booking event marked as a key event
Google Ads booking conversion
Full booking funnel tracking (page view, time selected, booked)
Why work with me:
Performance marketer, not just a developer: I set up tracking your campaigns can actually optimize for
No double counting: browser and server events are deduplicated
Every setup is tested in GTM Preview, Meta Test Events and GA4 DebugView
You get proof screenshots of every event working
Works with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix and custom websites.
Please message me before ordering so I can check your setup.
FAQ
Does this work if I only share my Calendly link?
This method works when Calendly is embedded or opened as a popup on your website. If you only share a calendly.com link, I'll suggest the best option after checking your setup.
Do I need a paid Calendly plan?
No. The tracking runs through Google Tag Manager on your website, so a paid Calendly plan isn't required.
Do I need Stape or server-side hosting?
It's needed for Meta Conversions API (Standard and Premium). Stape has a free plan for low traffic. Any paid hosting plan is billed to you directly.
Will my bookings be counted twice?
No. Browser and server events share the same event ID, so Meta counts each booking only once. I'll show you the deduplication proof.
What access do you need?
Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, GA4 and Google Ads, depending on your package. I'll send simple instructions after you order.
Can past bookings be tracked?
No. Tracking starts once the setup is live. All new bookings after that will be reported in your ad platforms and GA4.
