Yes. You must have active accounts for Attio, HubSpot, Make, and Instantly. During our order setup, you will safely share your API keys or invite me as a technical collaborator to configure the integrations.
Will this automation create duplicate leads in my HubSpot CRM?
No. I build advanced deduplication filters inside Make.com. The system will always scan your HubSpot database first. If the lead already exists, it updates the record; if it’s new, it creates it cleanly.
Do you write the cold email copy or manage the sales campaigns?
No. I am a technical systems architect. I handle the backend data pipelines, custom CRM properties, webhooks, and DNS records. You or your sales team will handle lead sourcing and copywriting.
What do I need to prepare before we start the Instantly domain setup?
