About this gig

I offer thermal analysis both steady state and transient analysis for various types of equipment, including chillers and heat exchangers, based on temperature plots provided by clients. I am proficient in preparing Finite Element (FE) models using a range of element types, including tetrahedral (Tet) elements, hexahedral (Hex) elements, plate elements, and beam elements, depending on the client's requirements.

I can calculate both external loads, according to standard codes, and thermal loads affecting the equipment. My expertise includes creating FE models that range from simple to complex configurations.

Additionally, I perform post-processing of thermal stresses to identify and address high-stress issues within the FE model. I also prepare production drafts for any modifications made to the model.
