FAQ
What information do I need to provide to get started?
Please provide the product specifications, required quantity (MOQ), preferred materials, and any existing design/sample files or links.
Do you offer physical factory visits or on-site inspections?
My primary service focuses on desk research, supplier verification, commercial negotiations, and logistics coordination. If a physical factory audit or third-party pre-shipment inspection is required, I can coordinate with trusted local inspection agencies on your behalf.
How do you verify if a supplier is reliable?
I evaluate suppliers based on their business license, manufacturing capacity, export history, quality compliance, payment terms, and direct communication responsiveness to filter out traders or unverified intermediaries.
Can you handle shipping and logistics for my order?
Yes, I coordinate with freight forwarders to manage warehousing, LCL shipment consolidation (combining goods from multiple suppliers), export documentation review, and freight options to destination ports.
Do you guarantee the lowest product price?
I negotiate to secure the best possible market price and commercial terms, but my main focus is balancing competitive pricing with product quality, supplier reliability, and smooth execution to avoid costly trade risks.
