Should I contact you before I purchase one of your services?
Yes, I always suggest the buyer to contact me before any purchases. This will help me to understand better what your needs are to make sure I will be able to 100% satisfy them.
My song song is a little longer than 3:00 but shorter than 4:30. What should I do?
Just select the standard package and add the additional seconds you need. The extra amount will automatically get added.
I am interested in the basic package, but I need additional instruments. What should I do?
No problem, you can add as many instruments as you want as an additional service offered. You will able to see the additional costs after you pick the package.
I need my track very quickly. What can I do?
No problem! I offer a 24-hour delivery as an additional service for $60.
I need the MIDI file of your recording. Can you send it to me?
Of course, it is an additional service offered for $10.
What if I have some changes to make? Can I request a revision?
Absolutely! Please contact me after the delivery and I will assist you. I don't include any revisions in my packages because most of the times they are not necessary, so there is no reason for me to charge more regardless. It is an additional service and it will be $15.
Will I own the track?
I offer the commercial use license as an additional service (only $30). You will grant all intellectual property rights. Also, you will grant a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased delivery for Permitted Commercial Purposes!
Can you make a karaoke video for me?
Absolutely, please add it as an additional service and I will create a karaoke video for you with synchronized lyrics!
