I must need Wp-Admin login details with Administrative privileges. Also sometimes I may ask for cPanel or Hosting access(In case needed).

Do you provide guldline how to add listings?
Yes, I can give you a video how to upload a property or listing.
Do you update old theme to new one?
Yes, I can update. If your version is very old, I recommend to take a backup from server then contact me for update.
