I intend to help clients build brands which connect to their customers with help of Mystery shopping (related terms: mystery shopper, mystery consumer, mystery research, secret shopper and secret shopping and auditor) which is a method used in marketing research to measure quality of sales and service, job performance, regulatory compliance, or to gather specific information about a market or competitors, including products and services.
As a PhD Candidate in Marketing, I understand the importance of brand touch and feel over every touch-point there is. I intent to provide my clients with the best suggestions to improve their brand image and product/website/application feel.

Do I need to pay extra for the product purchased?
Yes. Incase you want to me to order through your website/Application/Helpline to understand the UX around it, you'll have to help me with the cost of placing the order online.
Do I need to pay extra for travel and accommodation required for travelling to my site/shop?
Yes indeed. If the project involves travelling to the site, the cost for travel, food, accommodation and visa (if required) shall have to be paid by the client. Moreover, a cost of $500 per day will be charged for every that goes in travel to cover the opportunity costs involved.
