Do you outsource your work?
Absolutely not! Only I will touch your content once you have placed your order, nobody else will have any kind of access to it.
Do you keep my content after revising it?
No, I will keep it only as long as I need to provide you with your requested services, so once you'll be satisfied with your order I will delete all of your content left on my side.
Can you also translate what I send you from Italian to English?
Yes! In addition to proofreading, I can also translate your Italian text to English, but only up to 5000 words. If you need extra words, please contact me before placing your order.
What file formats do you work on?
I can work on any file type editable with Microsoft Word, LibreOffice, OpenOffice and Notepad. If you send me a .pdf or an image file, I will only edit and send the rough text in a separated document with an editable format. If you need any clarification or extra info, please contact me directly.
Will you send me a document with tracked changes?
No, I will send you your proofread text in a document together with a copy in which I will have marked minor corrections in red and rewritten sentences or paragraphs in blue.
