  3. I'll create a mock-up so you can see how it will look before I start
  4. Once approved, I start tufting your rug (craft by hand)
  5. Shipping - The rug is sent out within 2 days after its finished

Production time is anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and design, and it will be shipped in 1-2 business days after the rug is finished.
