1. Place your order - Choose the size or budget that fits you
2. Send me your design (or pick from my portfolio)
3. I'll create a mock-up so you can see how it will look before I start
4. Once approved, I start tufting your rug (craft by hand)
5. Shipping - The rug is sent out within 2 days after its finished

• Worldwide shipping is included in the price
• Made with acrylic yarn, cotton cloth, and acrylic glue
• Once the rug is finished, I'll send photos, and shipping happens after you accept them
