About this Gig
Feeling buried in scattered notes, tasks, and client details? I am a Notion expert who turns that mess into one calm, organized system you will enjoy using. Most teams juggle too many tools, and important work slips through the cracks. Templates from the internet rarely fit your workflow, so productivity drops and projects lose direction.
I set up a custom Notion workspace built around how you actually work, with a clean, aesthetic layout and a Notion dashboard that shows priorities at a glance. I can also move your work from Asana or ClickUp into one place.
What you get as your Notion consultant:
- Custom template and Notion setup for business or personal use
- Notion CRM and client portal to manage leads and customers
- Project management boards, a Notion planner, and project workflow
- Database setup with linked views and relations
- Business dashboard for tasks, goals, and reports
- Notion automation and task automation with Zapier or Make.com
- Workflow setup that keeps every task and deadline in view
- Simple, tidy Notion design that is easy to update

FAQ
1. What can you build in Notion?
Custom templates, full workspaces, dashboards, CRMs, planners, and project trackers. Choose the package that matches your scope, or message me before ordering and I will help you pick the right fit.
2. Do I need a paid Notion account?
No. A free Notion account works for most builds. Some features, such as larger team sharing, need a paid plan. That cost goes through your own Notion account, and I will tell you upfront.
3. Can you organize my existing Notion workspace?
Yes. I can clean up messy pages, connect databases, and rebuild the structure so everything is easy to find. Share your workspace details before ordering so I can confirm the scope
4. Can you build a Notion CRM or client portal?
Yes. I can set up lead and client tracking with linked databases and clear views. The exact features depend on the package you choose.
5. Will I be able to edit everything myself?
Yes. I build simple, clean systems and include a short walkthrough guide in the packages that offer it, so you can update and grow the workspace on your own.
