I will prepare royalty split statements for your producers and collaborators

About this gig
The money came in. Now who gets what?
Your income arrives from everywhere: your distributor, SoundExchange, your PRO, The MLC, sync fees, Bandcamp, merch. Some distributors can split streaming royalties automatically, but the rest lands in your account as one lump sum, sometimes a big back payment covering years. Meanwhile every producer, feature and co-writer has a different share, on different songs, under a different deal.
Doing it by hand every quarter is slow, stressful and easy to get wrong. One mistake can cost a relationship.
WHAT I DO
Gather your statements from every income source
Map each collaborator's share by song and income type
Apply recoupment and expenses only as your agreements state
Divide back payments by the period and song they came from
Produce a clear statement for each collaborator
Give you a payout summary showing who is owed what
WHAT YOU GET
Clean, line-by-line statements your collaborators can trust, and a total you can pay from.
Pay your team right. Keep your team.
Message me with your number of collaborators and income sources.

FAQ
Doesn't my distributor split royalties already?
Some distributors split the streaming royalties they pay out. Income from other places, such as SoundExchange, your PRO, sync or merch, still has to be divided another way.
How do you handle a big back payment?
I divide it by the period and songs it relates to, so each collaborator gets their share of the songs they actually worked on
Do you handle recoupment and expenses?
Yes, but only as your agreements state. If a contract is unclear, I flag it rather than guess, and a music lawyer should confirm the meaning.
Do you send the money?
No. I prepare statements and a payout summary. You pay your collaborators through your own bank or payment service.
