How long will setup take?
I usually need 3-5 days or less/more depending on how complex your content and branding are to fully set up your Skool community - modules, structure, thumbnails, etc.
Do I need to provide content (courses, lessons, images) or can you create them too?
You can provide some or all content. If you have what you want (text, videos, images), I will organize and format it. If you don’t, I can help with basic content creation (like writing, thumbnails) for additional cost.
Will this work for someone who’s just starting with no audience?
Yes. I design communities so even small or new audiences feel welcomed and see value early. We focus first on structure, onboarding, and engagement so growth can begin steadily.
What kind of engagement can I realistically expect in the first month?
Realistically, you’ll see a few active members, comments, maybe questions, especially if we schedule posts, prompts, or live check-ins. It takes consistent effort; early momentum matters but won’t always be huge at first.
How much input do I need to give? How much will you handle?
You will need to share your vision, branding assets (logo, colours), any content you have. I will handle structure, uploading, formatting, setup of modules, scheduling, maybe some graphics or thumbnails if included. We will agree at the start so you are not surprised.
Can I add extra features later (funnels, payment plans, automation)?
Yes. We can start simple, then tier up. Adding funnels, payment integrations, email or CRM automation, etc., is possible once basic structure is live. I can help you plan for that.
What happens after the setup? Do you provide ongoing management?
Yes, if you pick a package or add-on that includes ongoing support. I can help monitor the community, engage members, moderate discussions, post content, and make updates as needed.
How will I know my community is working / growing? What metrics should I watch?
Some key things: number of active members, number of new members per week, engagement (comments, posts, replies), course completion (if you have courses), retention (how many people stay), feedback/polls. I will help you set those up where possible.
Do I need technical skills or tools?
Not much. I try to make it easy. You don’t need to know coding. I will handle the technical parts like setting up edges, integrations, etc. You will just need to send me content and approvals. If there are tools needed (for graphics, or if you want special integration) I will explain clearly.
