Just describe what's happening, what you expected vs. what's actually occurring. Screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot. I'll ask follow-up questions if needed before we begin, so nothing gets missed.
Will you need access to my GHL account?
For most fixes, yes. I'll ask you to add me as a user with the appropriate permissions, you stay in full control and can remove my access the moment the job is done. I never ask for your login credentials directly.
What if my issue turns out to be more complex than expected?
I'll always tell you upfront if the scope goes beyond what your package covers. No surprise charges, we'll agree on next steps together before I do any additional work.
Do you only fix issues or can you also build things in GHL?
This gig is focused on troubleshooting and fixing existing setups. If you need something built from scratch, a funnel, automation sequence, or full account setup, feel free to message me and we can discuss a custom offer.
How will I know what was actually fixed?
On Standard and Premium packages I send a written summary of every change made and why. Even on Basic, I'll walk you through what the problem was so you're not left in the dark about your own account.
What if the issue comes back after delivery?
If the same issue reappears within 3 days of delivery and nothing on your end changed, I'll look at it again at no extra charge. Premium buyers get a dedicated 3-day support window for exactly this reason.
Can you help with GHL sub-accounts and agency setups?
Yes. I work with both agency-level accounts and individual sub-accounts — including snapshot imports, white-label configuration, and client onboarding issues. If you manage multiple clients on GHL, I'm familiar with that environment.
