1. Do I need my own Synthflow account?
Yes. The agent is built in your Synthflow workspace, so you own it and billing stays with you. If you don’t have an account yet, I’ll walk you through setup.
2. Do you cover inbound and outbound calls?
Standard and Premium include both. Basic covers one, which you choose at checkout.
3. What’s included in each package?
See the packages above. Anything outside the package scope is available as a Gig Extra or a custom offer.
4. What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change to the prompt, call flow, or responses within the agreed scope. Adding new call scenarios or new integrations is new scope.
5. What do you need from me to start?
Your requirements form (listed in section 6). Most orders start within 24 hours of receiving it.
6. Are Synthflow subscription and phone/minute costs included?
No. Synthflow bills your account directly for its subscription and call usage. I’ll estimate expected usage before we build.
7. Can the agent book appointments or send data to my CRM?
Yes, if your calendar or CRM supports a Synthflow integration or webhook. I’ll confirm feasibility before you order.
8. Will callers know it’s an AI?
I set up a voice, tone, and script that sound natural. I can’t guarantee callers won’t recognize it as AI, and I’ll set up an AI disclosure line if you want one.
9. Who handles call recording and calling compliance?
You are responsible for following the call recording and calling laws that apply to your business and region. I’ll build consent lines and opt-out handling into the script if you need them.
10. Can you maintain the agent after delivery?
The package includes the revisions and adjustments listed. Ongoing monitoring and updates are available as a separate custom offer.
