Do the videos use real people or AI models?
It depends on the product and the package. I choose what shows your item best, and I’ll confirm the style with you before I start so you know what to expect.
Will my product look exactly like the real item?
I build the video from your photos so the color, shape and details stay accurate. Send clear, well-lit images. If something looks off in the draft, tell me and I’ll correct it in revisions.
Which platforms are the videos made for?
TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, YouTube Shorts and TikTok Shop. The default is vertical 9:16. Need another ratio like 1:1 or 16:9? Just tell me when you order.
How long does delivery take?
Basic takes 2 days, Standard 3 days and Premium 4 days. If you’re racing a sale like Black Friday, add the 24-hour delivery extra or message me first.
Can I choose the voiceover, music or text on screen?
Yes. Tell me the tone you want, such as bold, relaxed or luxury, and I’ll match the voiceover, music and captions to it. Send your own script if you have one.
What are hook variations and do I need them?
A hook is the first 2 seconds of the ad. Different hooks let you test which one stops the scroll best. They’re included in Premium, or you can add them as an extra.
Can you make ads for shoes or sneakers too?
Yes. I make ads for clothing, streetwear and footwear, with the focus on fit, comfort and design details. Send photos of the product from several angles.
What if I don’t like the first draft?
Tell me what to change and I’ll revise it within your package’s revisions. I don’t mark an order complete until you’re happy with it, and extra revisions are available if you need more.
Can I use the video for paid ads and my store?
Yes. Once the order is complete, you can use the video on your store, social media and paid ads. I’d suggest adding your own music licence if the platform requires one.
