What do you need to start?
Send your PDF, DWG, hand sketch or photos with key dimensions and floor heights. Tell me the LOD, units (metric or imperial) and whether you need sheets or IFC.
Can you convert PDF or CAD to Revit?
Yes. I convert PDF, DWG, scans and hand sketches into a native Revit model, built from scratch rather than imported, so every element stays editable.
Which LOD do you deliver?
LOD 200 in Basic, LOD 300 in Standard, LOD 350 in Premium. Need a different level? Message me before ordering and I will confirm it.
Do I get the Revit source file?
Yes, every package includes the native .rvt file. Standard and Premium add PDF/DWG sheets, and Premium adds an IFC export.
Which Revit version do you deliver in?
Revit files cannot be opened in older versions, so tell me your Revit version before ordering and I will confirm I can deliver in it.
Do you also model structure and MEP?
This gig covers architecture. Structural and MEP modeling are available as a custom offer, so message me first with your scope.
Can you work to German standards?
Yes: metric units, DIN-style drawing conventions and German-language communication. I deliver models and drawings, not signed or stamped permit documents.
