What time zone are you in/ What are your hours?
I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and we are on Eastern Standard Time (EST), which is the same time zone as New York City. I'm pretty fast anytime between 8 am-6 pm ET to answer any messages. I'm in my studio to deliver rush work Monday- Friday 9 am-2 pm ET. Weekends Vary.
What are Commercial rights and are they included?
YES! They are included. Commercial rights allow content to be used by a business. This covers but is not limited to IVR phone greetings, E learning, internal company videos or training, monetized YouTube or podcast channels.
What are Full Broadcast Rights and do I need them?
Any voice over that will be used in any type of advertising, broadcast/streaming channels or live performance REQUIRES broadcast rights. Included but not limited to: Radio, Television, Internet, Awards Ceremonies, Streaming Services, Graduation...etc.
Do I need to purchase Split files?
If you need your project sent in more than one file, please add the "split file" add on per every 5 files. (You need 8 files, please add 2 of the split file add-ons).
Can I get the voice over faster than 24 hours?
Yes! Please add the 12 hour delivery extra to your order and get your voice over twice as fast! Please contact me first to check availability for orders over 800 words- thanks!
Do you do any accents?
Oui! Although, I don't do French, haha... I offer American, American-Southern, British and Irish. These are accents I've completed professional level work in. If you'd like to ask me to try out an accent I did not list- feel free to ask! And maybe laugh at my attempt later... or be impressed!
Can you proof read my script?
Yes, Add "Script Proofreading" to your order extras
Can I get a WAV file?
Yes, you can choose wav or mp3. If you'd like both, please purchase the split file extra to receive more than on file.
