Q1: I am not technical at all. Can I still order?
Yes, and honestly most of my buyers are not. Every order includes a live walkthrough in plain English. If you can join a video call and share your screen, I can get you running.
Q2: What do you need from me to get started?
An active Claude subscription and a quick note about what you want Claude to handle for you. If you use tools like Gmail, Slack or Notion, tell me those too so I can plan your MCP connections.
Q3: Do I need a Claude Max plan for Cowork?
Cowork runs on the Max plan, yes. Not sure which tier fits? I will help you pick the right one on our first call based on how much you want automated. For Claude Code alone, Pro works fine to start.
Q4: My Claude Code is installed but broken. Can you fix it?
That is exactly what the Basic package is for. Install errors, config problems, MCP servers that will not connect, agents that stopped working. I fix it and show you what went wrong so it stays fixed.
Q5: Is my data safe while you work on my setup?
Yes. We work live on a screen share so you see everything I do, and I never keep your credentials. Happy to sign an NDA for business projects.
Q6: Do you offer support after delivery?
Every package comes with handoff notes so you are never stranded. Premium includes 14 days of direct support after delivery. If something I set up breaks in that window, I fix it free.
Q7: I need something bigger than these packages. Can you handle it?
Yes. Message me with what you have in mind and I will send a custom offer. Full app builds, multi agent systems and ongoing weekly retainers are all on the table.
