 This service includes:

- Restock Recommendation (based on historical sales data + most recent sales spike per each SKU and your current inventory data)

- Shipment Creation A to Z

Here's exactly how the process works:

1. I do a restock analysis based on your historical + most recent sales and inventory data, and your request of how many months of supply would you like me to calculate the restock for. I also take holiday sales spikes into account such as Prime Day or pretty much whole Q4.

2. I will send you an excel file with exact quantities per SKU you need to prep, label and send. If you have additional needs like i.e specific box/pallet information I need to take into account when doing restock or a file with your on-hand stock levels per SKU - let me know, and I'll get it arranged for ya!

3. We agree on the shipping date + delivery window. I handle the whole shipment-creation process and send you all the necessary labels and instructions.

4. Done!
