I will create a playable room in sims with custom content for you

I will build you a room in the Sims 4 based on what information you tell me you'd like to see, such as: architectural styles, interior design themes, based on blueprints, and more! If you choose a full house instead of just a room, this also comes with exterior and landscaping.

This gig is specifically for using custom content to add additional realism to the render and play style of the game. Feel free to let me know where to find the packs (if I don't own them), through means such as the sims resource or curseforge.

I own every pack in the Sims 4, plus I have an extensive custom content folder, and have over 10 years worth of experience in building in the Sims specifically. I am in school for Architecture Technology and use the Sims to help me visualize builds :)

The length of time for gig completion is more of a max days amount of time, I may be able to be done earlier than the suggested length, and I would communicate this if it happens.
