I will create ai safety training and induction videos for your workforce

About this gig
Your workforce is not reading the safety manual. Nobody goes through 40 pages of procedure before a shift.
I write and produce AI safety training videos that people actually watch. I am a working HSE professional with years in high-risk industrial operations, not a generalist video editor, so the script comes from someone who has stood on site and knows how the frontline really behaves.
What you get:
- A script built on HOP (Human and Organizational Performance) principles, written around real operational behaviour
- A presenter-led video with subtitles, your logo and your terminology
- Delivery in days, at a fraction of the cost of a film crew
- Optional versions in Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tagalog, Nepali or Arabic with AI lip-sync, for multilingual workforces
Typical uses: site inductions, toolbox talks, incident lessons learned, permit-to-work refreshers, contractor onboarding, safety campaigns.
These videos are communication and micro-learning aids. They support, but do not replace, formal risk assessment, site induction or your legal duties as an employer.
Message me with your topic and your audience and I will tell you honestly whether video is the right format for it.

FAQ
Who owns the video? Can I use it in my LMS and on site screens?
You do. On delivery you receive full commercial rights to use the video internally, on your LMS, in inductions, on site screens and in contractor onboarding. There are no recurring fees.
Can I choose the presenter?
Yes. Before rendering I send you two or three presenter options (male or female, different appearances) so the video fits your workforce and your region.
Can you use my own site footage?
Yes, and it makes the video far stronger. Send photos or clips from your operation and I will cut them into the video alongside the presenter.
What counts as a revision?
Changes to visuals, timing, subtitles or on-screen text. Script text must be approved in writing before rendering, because rewriting the script means a full re-render. Post-approval script changes are quoted separately.
How accurate are the translated versions?
The translated script is sent to you for review before rendering. You confirm technical accuracy in the target language, since site terminology varies between
How does the Leadership Message package work?
Message me before ordering. Creating a digital clone requires the person themselves to record a short consent video through a secure link, which usually needs a quick internal approval. Once that is confirmed I send a custom offer and we start.
Do the questions come as a SCORM package?
No. They come as a clean document with questions, answer options and rationales, so you can load them into any platform.
