One of the toughest parts of fundraising is determining an accurate company valuation so that you are not diluting your equity ownership and you are still attractive to your potential investors.
I will help you calculate your company valuation using the 5 methodologies most used by VCs.

To create this report, it is necessary that you share with me your current and pro forma financial statements as well as other relevant information from your company. Before starting the project, I will ask you to fill out a form with all the information I need to run the report.

Is this a formal 409a valuation?
No. This is just an exercise to estimate the value of your company based on methodologies used by Angel and VC investors. Which you can use as a starting point for your negotiations. Most inputs used for this valuation are your assumptions. The better the research, the more accurate the valuation.
What is included in the "Financial Model + Valuation Report"?
After reviewing your current financial statements and having a meeting with you, I will generate the pro-forma financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows) to run the qualitative methodologies for the valuation of your company.
Why use a subscription for 6 months?
The average time to raise a Venture Capital round is between 6 and 8 months. For any meeting with a potential investor, it is recommended to show your most updated metrics and valuation. Having an updated valuation is key to guarantee the best terms for the current shareholders.
