I will review or generate your pro forma financial statement forecast

Having solid projections in your pro-forma financial statements is key to convince investors about the growth potential and value of your company. It is also extremely important to show that you understand how a business works.

I will help you out reviewing or generating your pro-forma financial statements to make sure they pass an acid test from an investor point of view. Focused on pre-seed and seed companies that are raising capital.

When generating your financial forecast, I will make sure to include all the key assumptions shared during our 1-1 session so that the model is easy to update once you start validating or changing your key assumptions (i.e. CAC, Marketing as a % of sales, Y-o-Y growth, etc.

I will use my experience as an Accelerator Director and as a Startup Advisor to make sure that:

• Your projections are achievable (based on past performance and your industry)
• You have correctly calculated how much money you will need for your planned runway
• You are taking into consideration all costs incurred by most startups
