FAQ
What is Google Play Closed Testing?
Closed testing allows developers to test their app with a limited number of trusted users before public release. It's now a requirement for new apps on the Play Store to undergo closed testing with at least 12 testers for 14 days.
How many testers will you provide?
I will provide 15+ real testers using different Android devices, screen sizes, and Android versions. All testers are reliable and understand the importance of app feedback.
Will the testers actually use the app for 14 days?
Yes. Testers are instructed to opt-in and continuously engage with your app during the full 14-day period, as required by Google Play policies.
What kind of feedback will I receive?
You’ll get: Detailed user experience feedback Bug or crash reports Suggestions for improvement Device compatibility notes This helps ensure your app is polished and ready for public release.
Is this service safe and confidential?
Absolutely. Your app and all related data will remain confidential. Testers will not share your app or leak information and you retain full ownership of your project.
I'm new to Google Play testing. Can you manage everything for me?
Yes! If you're new to testing, just add me as an admin in your Play Console app. I’ll manage everything test setup, tester invites, monitoring, and compliance until the 14-day closed testing is completed successfully. You can relax while I handle it all.
