We love our Apple gear, but that's unacceptable. Often, they just need a little guidance and TLC.
I'm a seasoned IT consultant, engineer, and teacher with over 30 years of experience helping real people solve real tech problems. Whether youre a small business owner, artist, or just drowning in settings you dont understand Ive got you.
I've also been an Apple user for 40 years, continuously. My first Mac was a Mac 512K "Fat Mac". You've never heard of one, and that's OK.

❓Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?
Nope. I can speak Apple Latin if necessary, but I specialize in working with people who aren’t tech-savvy. I’ll explain everything in plain English, no jargon, no shame. I have to look things up on Google, too.
❓Can you help with Windows or Android?
Yes, but this particular offering is for Apple-related work. If you have Windows/Android needs, let's discuss a separate offering focused on those subject areas. I prefer to keep them separate for customer satisfaction/scope creep reasons.
❓What do I need before our session?
Just you + your working Mac/iPhone/iPad, a decent internet connection, and Zoom installed. I’ll guide you through the rest.
❓Can you install software for me remotely?
I’ll walk you through installation live on Zoom — step by step — so you stay in control and understand what’s happening.
❓Do you offer in-person help?
Not through Fiverr. If you’re local to Rochester, MN and need on-site work, message me before ordering and let's discuss.
❓Can you help fix my hardware? (cracked screen, won’t turn on, etc.)
Nope — I’m not a hardware repair guy. But if it turns on and connects to the internet, I can probably help. Also if you need suggestions regarding hardware repair solutions, I can probably also help with recommendations for proven vendors - there are many good ones. Screens break = fact.
❓Will you respect my privacy?
100%. No data is shared, recorded, or stored, unless -you-request- a recording be made for your reference, in which case I provide it to you and destroy it on my side. You’re in control during the session, and everything stays between us.
❓Will you yell at me for the mess on my Finder Desktop?
I don’t yell — and no, I won’t judge. Mine’s probably worse. The struggle is real, and I’m here to help, not shame. Here's a secret: we all have challenges with file management, cloud storage, photo storage, mail storage, and pretty much finding anything we've stored. It's OK - I'm here to help.
What about other Apple devices like AppleTV and Apple Watch?
I've owned about 6 AppleTVs (including the current model) and 2 Apple Watches, so I'm quite intimate with both and I'm a big fan of both. The challenge is I don't have access to either tech at this moment, so if your needs are in those areas let's discuss. I might be able to help regardless.
