Do I just get a design or fully working website?
For the price above it is just the design files but I can help you to create the website/app in Wordpress/PHP/Laravel/REACT/REACT NATIVE but you need to discuss the project before the order placed.
Do you do development also?
Yes, I'd but every website/app is different with the functionality so it's better to discuss before getting the custom offer
I don't have a plan what type of web/app design should I go with?
Don't worry, that's our favorite part, we find out best layout and take inspirations and most importantly our designs are based on CTAs and conversions, so the user can get the ease to complete any CTAs.
