I remove confirmed duplicates and combine Excel or CSV contact lists using matching rules you approve. You receive a separate cleaned XLSX, a removal/merge log and questions for uncertain matches. Your original stays unchanged.
Names alone are not proof of a duplicate. Blank keys, conflicting details and look-alike IDs stay separate for review. Merges keep the source-row trail and use your written conflict rules.
Message me with total rows, columns, files and your preferred matching key. No lead sourcing, scraping, email verification, outreach or CRM access is included. Google Sheets must be exported first. No macros or external connections.
