First time session is 30min. Standard sessions 60min and allow deeper transformation & strategy.
3. Is this therapy or coaching?
I blend coaching & therapeutic techniques, but coaching focuses on goals, mindset and action, not clinical therapy.
4. How do I prepare for a session?
Come with an open mind & key challenges/goals. I’ll guide the rest—no prep needed!
5. Will you give me homework?
Yes! Actionable steps & reflections help you progress faster between sessions.
6. Can coaching help with procrastination?
Absolutely! We’ll identify blockages, reframe thoughts, and create accountability to boost productivity.
7. How soon will I see results?
Results vary. Most of my clients already feel clearer & more motivated after the first session. Commitment accelerates progress.
8. What if I’m unsure about my goals?

Weekly or biweekly is ideal for momentum. Still, we will adjust the sessions to your needs. You can book packages to see results more quickly, or take single sessions whenever you feel like / need.
