I will clean and prepare your supplier spreadsheet for importing new simple products into WooCommerce.
This service is designed for stores, agencies and small businesses that receive product data in Excel or CSV format and need a cleaner, more structured file before import.
What is included:
Preparation of up to 300 new simple products
Data cleaning and consistent formatting
Duplicate SKU/product code checks
Missing or invalid data checks
Price and stock format validation
Category and text normalization where agreed

I do not guess ambiguous product information. If a price, SKU, stock value or other field is unclear, it will be flagged for review.
This service is for file preparation only. It does not include store access, live imports, product variations, image processing, existing-product updates or automatic stock synchronization.

What file formats can I send?
Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files are preferred. If your supplier uses another spreadsheet format, message me before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
Can you import the products directly into my WooCommerce store?
No. This service prepares the product file and supporting documentation. I do not require access to your WooCommerce admin area and I do not perform live imports.
Do you work with variable products?
Not in this service. The current offer is limited to new simple products. Variable products require a different data structure and are outside the scope of this Gig.
What happens if my spreadsheet contains missing or conflicting information?
I will flag the affected rows in the issue report instead of guessing. You will be able to review the problem and decide what information should be used.
Can you update products that already exist in my store?
Not in this service. The Gig is currently designed for preparing new simple products only, which helps keep the workflow controlled and reduces the risk of unintended changes.
What will I receive when the order is complete?
You will receive the prepared CSV file, an issue report, a change log and a short guide explaining how to test the file before using it on a live store.
Can you process more than 300 products?
Please message me before ordering. Larger files may be possible, but I need to review the structure and complexity before confirming the scope.
Should I send you a sample before ordering?
If your file has unusual columns, inconsistent data or you are unsure whether it fits this service, sending a 10-row sample first is recommended.
