Why do you need vector files?
Vector files are fully editable and high-quality files of your logo. when you use the vector files, you can make adjustments, change color, and enlarge the logo without any quality reduction. Also, you can use them for large printing and any usage.
Why do you need transparent files?
You are getting.png files and that image background has been removed. When you use your logo somewhere, you need to use that file. the png files are transparent and you can use that for the watermark also.
