What do I receive?
Raw, unedited 1080p MP4 files. Shot in 4K and delivered downscaled to 1080p — giving your editor full quality and reframing headroom.
Do I need to provide a script?
Yes — a complete, finalised script is required at the time of ordering. If I spot any delivery issues (name/brand pronunciations, tongue-twisters, unnatural phrasing), I'll flag before shooting.
Do you offer different accents or styles?
I deliver in a natural British accent; happy to adjust tone/energy (corporate, casual, warm, energetic) to match your brief — just let me know in your brief.
Can I use the footage for paid advertising?
Standard orders cover organic use only (website, social, owned channels). For paid ad usage — Meta, TikTok, YouTube Ads, Google Display, broadcast — please add the Paid Ad Usage licence before ordering. Running paid ads without this licence is not covered.
What if I need changes after delivery?
One free revision is included in the basic and standard packages. And 2 revisions in premium package. Additional revisions are available as a paid add-on. Free revisions cover my errors only. Changes to direction/wording after filming are a new revision, quoted separately.
What locations do you have available?
Primary: open-plan lake-view living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, upper floor of a duplex, clean white walls. Also available: bedroom, bathroom, outdoor lakeside, and car. Gym or other external locations available with advance notice — message first.
Can you receive and feature my product?
Yes — unboxing, hold-and-speak, demo, and lifestyle use are all possible. Message me before ordering to confirm shipping lead time so we can schedule correctly.
