What tools do you use?
I mostly use Axure rp for diagram creations but I am also comfortable with Figma and Canva. I can create requirements/user stories in any of the delivery management tools - Basecamp, Jira, ADO, Trello. I use Microsoft Word and excel sheet to deliver the document with analysis and recommendations.
