I will build a field service management system for your job workflow

About this gig
Generic scheduling tools assume one person at a desk with no travel. Field work is not that. A two-hour panel job and a fifteen-minute callback should not occupy the same slot, the technician forty minutes away should not be offered the 8am, and half your team cannot do half the work.
This is built around what is actually true: who is qualified, where they already are, how long the job really takes, and what is already on that day.
I built exactly this and it is running a licensed contractor's business right now: 36 automated workflows, 32 service types modelled end to end, a customer portal, a technician app that keeps working with no signal and syncs when it returns, and QuickBooks closing the loop.
That is the reference, not a portfolio piece. I know where these break because I have had them break.
Tell me how a job travels through your business today. A whiteboard is a perfectly valid answer.

FAQ
Is this a product I license?
No. It is built to how you work. A package would not fit, which is rather the point.
Do my technicians need to learn an app?
Standard writes to the calendar they already use. Premium adds a mobile view only if you want one.
Can it work offline?
Yes, at Premium. Signal in basements and plant rooms is exactly why I built it that way.
What if I already use ServiceTitan or Jobber?
Then you may not need this. Tell me what is failing and I will say so honestly.
How does it know travel time?
Real routing between the previous job's address and the next, not a flat guess.
