FAQ
Can you design an enclosure if I only have rough sketches or a reference photo?
Absolutely. A dimensioned sketch, photo with measurements, or even a competitor product you want to reference is enough to get started. The more detail you share, the closer the first draft will be to your vision.
Do I need to send you my PCB files before ordering?
Yes — at minimum I need your PCB dimensions and a list of components that need external access (ports, buttons, LEDs, etc.). You don't need to share schematics or Gerber files unless you want me to verify clearances directly.
What if my PCB is an irregular shape — not rectangular?
No problem. I work with custom board outlines. Just upload your board file (KiCad, Eagle, Gerber, or DXF) and I'll model the enclosure around your exact shape.
What's the difference between snap-fit and screw-fit — which one should I choose?
Snap-fit is faster to open and close, better for prototypes or low-access devices. Screw-fit is more secure and better for outdoor or industrial use. Not sure? Message me with your use case and I'll recommend.
