How Long is the Program?
The Program is 1 month long but if you enjoy it and see results you can do a monthly subscription
What weights will I know to hit?
At the beginning I will ask you about your current lifts for example your Deadlift,Squat,and Bench and I will base your numbers depending on what your numbers look like
What is RPE?
The RPE Scale is something I need you to fill out to know how difficult the movement was to see if what changes I need to make weekly. It is a scale from 1-10 1 being really easy and 10 being super hard barely got it (PR Number)
Will I also be putting on muscle?
YES! you will also be putting on muscle mass but mostly your lift numbers will be going up because that is what the goal of this program is.
