FAQ
What files should I send you for mastering ?
Please send me your final stereo mix without any mastering processing on the master bus (no limiter, clipper, heavy compression or normalization). Export the mix in the original project resolution — for example 24-bit / 48 kHz (WAV or AIFF preferred).
Can I keep some processing on my master bus ?
Light EQ or bus compression used for color and glue is totally fine — just avoid anything that changes the loudness (limiters, maximizers, etc). If you’re unsure, send me two versions : one with your processing and one without.
What about the headroom ?
Please keep around -6 dBFS of headroom on your master output to avoid clipping.
Can you work with stems ?
Yes ! Stem mastering is available for even better control over the final sound. Send up to 4 stems (ex: Drums / Bass / Instruments / Vocals).
