What information do I need to give you in order for you to manage my website?
You'll need to create me as an admin user on your website.
What happens if my website fails or is hacked?
We do our best to prevent this from happening. While well-maintained websites are rarely hacked, it is simply impossible to avoid. If your website is hacked or breaks as a result of an update, we'll be there to fix it, clean it up, or restore it from one of our recent backup.
