What do you need from me to get started?
Just your product URL and brand colors (or logo). If you have existing copy or a preferred tone of voice, share that too: otherwise I'll research your product and write everything from scratch.
Which email platforms are the templates compatible with?
Every template is tested and import-ready for Mailchimp, Brevo, Customer.io, Loops, Postmark, ActiveCampaign, and ConvertKit. If you use a different platform, message me first and I'll confirm compatibility.
Do you write the email copy or just the HTML?
Both. Every package includes the full email copy — subject lines, body text, and CTAs — plus the hand-coded responsive HTML. You don't need to write anything.
Can I edit the emails myself after delivery?
Yes. You'll receive clean, well-commented HTML files that are easy to edit even without coding experience. I'll also include a short guide explaining how to change text, colors, and images.
What if I need more emails than the package includes?
