I will fix rejected ingramspark files, interior and cover for approval

About this gig
Hello You spent months writing your book. Then IngramSpark flashed an error: Title Processing Error, cover mismatch, or PDF/X-1a failure. You re-export, re-upload, and still get rejected.
That frustration is common. Most IngramSpark rejections trace back to a few hidden issues: unembedded fonts, RGB instead of CMYK, live transparency, wrong bleed, or a spine width that no longer matches your page count.
I fix them for you. As an IngramSpark book formatting specialist, I diagnose your exact rejection, correct your interior and cover files, and deliver print ready PDFs that pass IngramSparks checks for paperback or hardcover. Picture the approved status, your book reaching bookstores and libraries worldwide, and no more failed uploads.
I work with novels, memoirs, childrens books, workbooks and cookbooks, and I also convert KDP books to IngramSpark.
You get: plain English error diagnosis, PDF/X-1a print ready files, spine and bleed correction, hardcover layouts, and a free re-fix if the same issue is rejected again.
Send me a screenshot of your error or order now, and lets get your book approved.

FAQ
Why did IngramSpark reject my PDF when KDP accepted it?
IngramSpark is stricter. It checks embedded fonts, CMYK color, transparency, bleed and PDF standard. I find the exact cause and re-export a compliant file.
What does Title Processing Error mean?
It means IngramSpark’s premedia technicians found something in your file that could cause a printing problem. Send me the message and I’ll tell you what triggered it.
Do I need Adobe Acrobat or InDesign?
No. I do the preflight, conversion and export with professional tools, so you don’t need to buy or learn them.
My cover was rejected after I changed my page count. Why?
If the page count changes by more than four pages, or you change the paper or color option, the spine width changes and a new cover file may be needed. I recalculate the spine and rebuild the cover.
Can you fix my files without the source documents?
Often yes. I can usually resize, adjust bleed and spine, and re-export from a PDF. Heavy text edits may need the source, so message me first.
Do you guarantee approval?
I guarantee my fix for the errors in scope. If IngramSpark rejects the same issue again, I correct it free. Some problems, like low-resolution illustrations, can’t be fixed in the file, and I’ll tell you upfront if that applies
How long does IngramSpark take after I upload?
Processing a new title and issuing the eProof takes 3 to 5 business days. My fix is delivered in 2 to 4 days.
Do you fix hardcover files too?
Yes, case laminate and jacketed hardcovers. They use different cover templates and spine rules than paperbacks.
