Do I need all three apps (customer, driver, admin) from day one, or can I start smaller?
You can start with just the customer app (Order Flow Starter) to validate demand first. But driver assignment, live tracking, and payouts only work once the provider app and admin dashboard exist
How does payment actually work between the customer, the platform, and the driver/provider?
This depends on your payout model a single charge then manual payout flow is simpler and cheaper to build than automated split payments. Tell me which model you need and I'll scope the right payment integration; split/automated payouts are part of the Dispatch at Scale package, not the base build.
Will this handle multiple cities, vendors, or providers, or is it built for one market only?
