Do I need to send you the physical product?
Answer: No, I don’t need the physical item! I can create the 3D model based on clear photos of the product from different angles (front, back, sides, top, and bottom) and the dimensions. If you already have a 3D file (like .OBJ, .STL, or .STEP), that’s even better and can speed up the process.
What files do I need to provide to get started?
Answer: To get the best results, I’ll need: High-resolution photos of your product. Your brand logo (preferably in vector format like .AI or .PNG). Any specific text or labels that should appear on the product. A brief description or a reference video of the style you’re looking for.
Can you add background music or voiceovers?
Answer: I focus primarily on the visual 3D animation. However, I can add royalty-free background music to your video as an add-on. For professional voiceovers, please provide the audio file, and I will sync the animation to the narration for you.
How long will the final animation be?
Answer: Most product commercials are between 15 and 60 seconds, which is the "sweet spot" for social media and Amazon. If you need a longer technical breakdown or a shorter 5-second loop, I can certainly accommodate that. Just let me know your requirements before we start!
What if I want to change something after the video is delivered?
Answer: Your satisfaction is my priority. Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Please note that revisions cover tweaks to lighting, timing, or camera angles. Complete changes to the product model or the entire script after the animation is finished may incur an extra cost.
In what format will I receive the final video?
Answer: By default, I deliver high-quality MP4 or MOV files in Full HD (1080p). If you need specific dimensions for Instagram Stories/TikTok (9:16) or 4K resolution, please mention that at the start of the project.
