We build AI assistants that search your documents and link answers to source passages for human review.
Use cases include internal knowledge, procedures and incident reports. Our Aegis demonstrator connects document ingestion, hybrid retrieval, cited answers and human review using synthetic data.
Basic: local RAG pilot, up to 10 documents/100 pages, source references and 5 agreed tests.
Standard: web assistant, up to 30 documents/300 pages, hybrid search, source references, single-role login and 10 tests.
Premium: Standard plus 100 incident records, summary drafts, reviewer status and one API integration (up to 3 operations); 15 tests.
Limits apply whichever is reached first. One language, text-based PDF/TXT/Markdown, one agreed dataset. Setup notes and custom project code included. OCR, continuous sync, multiple roles and extra systems need a custom offer.

What is Aegis, and is it a certified production system?
Aegis is our functional demonstrator using synthetic incident data. It illustrates document retrieval, cited answers and human review. It is not a certified defence system, classified-data environment or autonomous decision platform.
What documents are included?
Basic covers up to 10 files/100 pages; Standard and Premium cover 30 files/300 pages, whichever comes first. One language, text-based PDF, TXT or Markdown. Scans, OCR, complex tables, images and data cleanup are separate scopes.
What do source citations guarantee?
We link generated answers to retrieved source passages so a person can inspect them. Citations do not guarantee correctness or complete coverage. We test agreed questions, missing-evidence behaviour and source links; human validation remains necessary.
What does the Basic package deliver?
A local RAG pilot for one approved dataset, a simple query interface, source references, custom project code, setup notes and five agreed acceptance tests. It does not include a hosted multi-user application, login or external integrations.
What is included in the Premium incident workflow?
Standard plus import of up to 100 agreed-format incident records, AI summary drafts, reviewer status and one documented API integration with up to three operations. Fifteen agreed tests. No automated remediation or live monitoring.
Can we use confidential or regulated documents?
We start with synthetic or approved non-sensitive data. Confidential, personal or regulated data needs a separate assessment of access, providers, hosting, retention and contractual requirements before any upload. Do not send secrets or sensitive files in the initial brief.
Are hosting, model usage and maintenance included?
Package prices are one-time implementation fees, not monthly or annual subscriptions. Hosting, AI usage and maintenance are excluded. Standard/Premium include setup on one agreed suitable environment with access supplied by you. Ongoing services are quoted separately.
What code and access controls do you provide?
We hand over custom project code and setup notes; third-party components retain their own licenses. Standard/Premium include single-role login, not enterprise SSO, multiple permission roles or certified security. Production hardening is scoped separately.
