Do I need a paid Make plan?
Usually no. A simple workflow runs on Make's Free plan. If you need several active workflows or frequent runs, Make Core may be needed. I'll tell you before you order.
Who pays for OpenAI?
You create your own OpenAI API key and pay OpenAI directly for usage. The gig price covers my build, prompt work and testing. You add the key yourself in Make's secure connection form, never in chat.
Will the AI publish content automatically?
No. Every draft goes to a review step (Sheet status and/or Slack). Only content a person approves moves on.
Will the drafts sound like my brand?
I write and test the prompts against your own examples and tone rules, then adjust them during revisions. AI can still make errors, so human review is part of every package.
What about my data and privacy?
The automation runs in your Make account with your own OpenAI key, and I don't store your data elsewhere. Avoid sending sensitive personal data to AI.
Can I use Claude or Gemini instead of OpenAI?
Often yes, if Make supports that model. Message me first so we can confirm scope and price.
