Do I need a WhatsApp Business account to get started?
The automation requires an API-compatible WhatsApp setup, such as Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform or a supported provider. The ordinary WhatsApp Business mobile application alone may not be sufficient. I can review your current setup and guide you through the connection process.
What can the AI agent do?
Depending on your package, it can answer FAQs, collect customer information, qualify leads, recommend products or services, check availability, book appointments, update a spreadsheet or CRM and transfer conversations to a human.
Can it book appointments directly?
Yes. It can connect to Google Calendar, Calendly or another supported booking system, check availability and create confirmed appointments.
Can customers reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling and cancellation can be included in the Premium package or added through a custom offer
Can a human take over a conversation?
Yes. I can add handoff rules based on customer requests, uncertain AI responses, qualified leads or other agreed conditions.
Which applications can you integrate?
Common integrations include Google Sheets, Airtable, Google Calendar, Calendly, HubSpot, Pipedrive, email, webhooks and other platforms with suitable API access.
Will I own the automation?
Yes. You receive the agreed n8n workflow and documentation. The automation runs using your own or agreed infrastructure accounts.
