Send me invoices and receipts (PDF, scan or phone photo) and get back a clean Excel workbook plus a flat CSV, ready to sort, filter and sum.
WHAT YOU GET
- Summary sheet: one row per invoice (vendor, number, dates, currency, subtotal, discount, shipping, tax, total)
- Line Items sheet: every line with quantity, unit price, amount
- Flags sheet: anything that needs a human look
- Real dates and numbers, formulas in the totals
HOW IT IS CHECKED Every document is validated: line items against the subtotal, and subtotal plus tax, discount and shipping against the total. Anything that does not add up, or cannot be read with confidence, is flagged instead of guessed. Ambiguous dates (like 03/04/2026) are flagged, never assumed.
YOUR FILES Digital PDFs are processed on my own server. Scans, photos and unusual layouts are read with an AI service (Anthropic's Claude), so those pages leave my server. If you cannot allow that, tell me before ordering and I will process digital PDFs only. My copies of your files are deleted within 7 days of delivery.
LIMITS PDF, JPG or PNG up to 15 MB each, legible text, English and common European languages. No bank statements, no handwriting.

FAQ
How accurate is it?
Totals are validated mathematically and anything that does not add up is flagged. Vendor names, invoice numbers and dates on scans cannot be checked mathematically, so please glance at those.
What happens to my files?
Digital PDFs are processed on my own server. Scans, photos andunusual layouts are read by an AI service (Anthropic's Claude), so those pages leave my server. Per Anthropic's published policy for business API use, inputs and outputs are deleted from their systems within 30 days.
Can I opt out of AI?
Yes. Tell me before ordering. Digital PDFs can be processed without AI, and scans and photos will be listed as not processed.
What does "flagged" mean?
It means a number does not add up, a required field is missing, or a date is ambiguous. Flagged rows are listed on the Flags sheet so you can see exactly what to check.
Do you accept bank statements?
No, only invoices and receipts.
What file types do I get?
An Excel workbook (.xlsx) and a flat CSV. Both are included in every package.
